Mr. Boxwell realized this was another scam since Kudi would never ask you to pay to activate your account. Mr. Boxwell got the details of the scammer’s account. He immediately reported this activity to Kudi by sending an email to frauddesk@kudi.com.
Mr. Boxwell did not only save himself from this scammer but he prevented others from being defrauded by reporting the case. He was also able to get answers to his inquiries by contacting Kudi’s support lines [018885008, 018888866, or 015200061] and sending an email to support@kudi.com.
Also, Mr. Boxwell increased the layers of security on his account by selecting ‘security and safety under the settings section of the Kudi App. Be like Mr. Boxwell and stay safe this season and even after.
